Since October 2025, Éric Léveillé has held the strategic position of Quebec Regional Vice President at Fix Network, the organization behind Fix Auto, Procolor, Speedy, and Novus. This appointment is a natural continuation of a career path shaped by over two decades of expertise in the automotive aftermarket industry.
A Career Oriented Toward Specialization
Before joining Fix Network, Éric Léveillé built a solid career within major organizations in the industry. At BASF, he led direct sales across North America, driving growth and partnerships in the automotive coatings sector. He also played a key role at NAPA/CMAX as National Director, overseeing more than 50 stores. At 3M, over a period of more than 19 years, he held several sales team director positions.
As head of Fix Network Quebec, his mission, in a rapidly transforming sector, is to work with a wide network of shops, accelerate innovation and growth, and strengthen the operational excellence that has built the brand’s reputation.
Family Values Guiding Team Strategy
For Éric Léveillé, people remain the engine of performance. Twelve years working alongside his father in garages taught him the importance of growing his team.
“I don’t hesitate to surround myself with people who know more than I do,” he says, noting the loyalty of employees who stayed with his father for over 25 years. “Family—my children—that’s very important to me, and this principle naturally extends to my professional environment.”
When faced with a challenge, he doesn’t dictate solutions; he encourages reflection, guides others toward autonomy, and remains a constant source of support. “I am a firm believer in the open-door approach, and it’s important for me to remain respectful and transparent.” He adapts to the new generation of entrepreneurs, a rising workforce with fresh perspectives.
A Step-by-Step Strategy
For example, at NAPA, when faced with the complex conversion of paint shops, Éric relied on a progressive strategy: building strong relationships, converting smaller shops first, then leveraging strategic partners to bring the larger ones on board. These days, he also promotes knowledge transfer by encouraging experienced employees to act as trainers for newcomers.
Éric Léveillé shares a message of resilience with young entrepreneurs: move forward, keep learning, get back up. A philosophy that reflects the journey of an inspiring leader, guided as much by people as by vision.
