Winnipeg-based Boyd Group Services Inc. has set a new benchmark for Canada’s collision repair industry, reporting all-time record sales of $996.7 million in Q1 2026 — a remarkable 28.1% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA surged even higher, climbing 51.9% to $122.4 million, with margins expanding 200 basis points to 12.3%.

The results reflect the successful integration of Joe Hudson’s collision centres, the addition of 269 locations, which grew the network by 33%, and a third consecutive quarter of positive same-store sales growth. Project 360 delivered over $20 million in incremental cost savings, while pro forma debt leverage improved from 3.1x to 2.9x. CEO Brian Kaner credited disciplined execution and strong market share gains for the record-breaking quarter, signalling continued momentum for one of Canada’s most dynamic automotive service companies.
