Groupe Park Avenue officially inaugurated its new BMW / MINI Brossard dealership, the first in Quebec to embody BMW’s global Retail.NEXT concept. Already open since July, the grand opening brought together partners, media, clients, BMW Group Canada representatives, and dealership employees.
Representing a $15 million investment, the 38,000 sq. ft. facility unites BMW and MINI under one roof, offering a seamless and integrated experience. Its minimalist architecture, refined materials, and sustainable features — including a solar wall and rainwater recovery system — reflect the group’s commitment to responsible innovation.
A six-foot white granite Inukshuk, created by Inuit artist Koomuatuk Curley, welcomes visitors as a timeless symbol of unity and direction.
“With Retail.NEXT, we are redefining the customer experience,” said Norman John Hébert, President and CEO of Groupe Park Avenue. According to Andrew Scott, President and CEO of BMW Group Canada, this opening “marks a new era of mobility and premium customer engagement.”
