Human Leadership in Service of Insurance Replacement

For 27 years, Laurence Pizzo has been one of the most influential executives at Enterprise Mobility. She is a leader with sharp business instincts and a rare ability to unite teams around a shared mission.

A Broader Vision of Business Mobility

As Director of Sales and Development – Insurance Replacement Division, Quebec since 2020, Laurence Pizzo oversees the performance of the insurance segment in Quebec, a key market for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Truck. She understands that insurance replacement is not merely an operational process, but above all a defining moment for insurers, a test of trust for customers, and an area where the company must excel without compromise.

A Career Marked by Women’s Empowerment

She established herself in the automotive industry through professionalism and unwavering determination. Today, she uses her expertise to support women by providing them with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to assert themselves and excel in their roles.

At the heart of her initiatives is the organization of forums dedicated to women’s leadership, creating meaningful spaces for dialogue, learning, and professional development.

A Deeply Rooted Philanthropic Commitment

As a mother sensitive to the realities faced by women and children, she is actively involved with the Fondation Rêves d’enfants through the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, helping make the dreams of sick children come true.

Her involvement also extends to the foundation committee of Hôpital Pierre-Boucher, in connection with the Montreal Auto Show, supporting fundraising efforts for the organization.

Innovation, Efficiency, and Sustainable Growth

This year, her professional projects focus on technological innovation and improving operational efficiency. She aims to develop solutions—often automated—to support the work of her partners, whether insurers or dealerships.

She also ensures authenticity is an essential part of her personal relationships, as illustrated by the friendship she has developed with Michael Thibault, her colleague, and his wife Sophie.

“Our two families always vacation together. Our children, who are the same age, are truly close friends,” she explains.

Laurence Pizzo’s journey reflects a vision of leadership where performance, humanity, and social commitment strengthen one another. An inspiring model for those who aspire to combine success with a positive impact.
