Alain Morel embodies perseverance and determination in the field of automotive mechanics. His journey is an inspiration to all those who pursue their goals despite the obstacles. 

Continuing despite obstacles 

After completing a diploma of vocational studies at the Centre de formation professionnelle de Verdun, Alain gained a lot of work experience, facing challenges that allowed him to grow. In 2014, he joined the Centre Beaumont, climbing the ladder to become a chief engineer and a foreman (after obtaining his status as a 1st Class mechanic). This position requires technical skills, administrative management and apprentice training. 

Focused on continuing education 

His passion for mechanics and his commitment to continuous learning are the keys to his success. He places great importance on training, which is essential in a sector that is constantly evolving with the rise of electric vehicles. 

Work/family balance 

Even though he is very busy, Alain always makes sure to be there for his wife and two daughters. A passionate sportsman, he likes to go running as soon as the sun rises and takes on physical challenges, especially in the Spartan Races, where he has won several prizes.  

Through his commitment and resilience, Alain Morel demonstrates that with passion and willpower, it is possible to evolve and flourish.
