ACX continues its strategic expansion with the acquisition of Fix Auto Stratford, which will officially operate under the new name ACX Stratford. Founded in 1979 by Al Tapley, the business was consolidated into its current state-of-the-art facility in 2016 by siblings Andrew and Kate Tapley.
Equipped with leading-edge technology, including modern paint booths and advanced computerized diagnostic systems, the facility enables the team to perform a wide range of complex repairs, including electric vehicle repairs, mechanical repairs, collision repairs, refinishing, and paintless dent repair.
The integration into the ACX platform will further enhance these capabilities as ACX implements its rigorous OEM certification standards, positioning the facility at the forefront of collision repair technology.
This acquisition preserves the Tapley family’s local legacy while integrating the advanced resources and platform of ACX. Now operating as ACX Stratford, the facility remains fully committed to delivering exceptional customer service and industry-leading technical expertise to the Stratford community throughout this exciting new chapter.
