A remarkable rise for the executive, who climbed four rungs in under two years

Lucas Oil is maintaining its momentum by naming Naomi Furgiuele Chief Operating Officer, an executive whose trajectory commands attention.

Having joined the company in early 2024 as senior product manager, she quickly proved her worth. Promoted to VP of product development in late 2024, then to chief product officer less than a year later, she now steps into the company’s top operations role.

Furgiuele said the recognition humbled her. She intends to build on the progress made in the automotive aftermarket, an industry where, in her view, much work remains. This new and pivotal role for the company, she added, leaves her excited about the future of the Lucas Oil business.
