Rooted in Community

At Fountain Tire, the 70-year-old Canadian network, Brian Adcock has made people and local roots the key to 35 years of success.

For Brian Adcock, the recipe for a thriving shop comes down to a few words: invest in your team and your community. After more than 35 years with Fountain Tire, he has held stakes in six stores through the Alberta-based company’s fifty-fifty partnership model, part of a network of roughly 170 service points nationwide.

This past March, during the chain’s 70th anniversary, Adcock earned its Most Valuable Player title for building high-performing teams, beating financial targets and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers. His Innisfail store, opened in 2025, is already outperforming its goals and has collected two local Readers’ Choice awards.

True to his values, he gives back to the community that sustains him: hockey, rodeo, farming, auctions. He also opens doors for his people, from the shop floor to co-ownership. Because, as he puts it, we are all on this road together.
