Plasnomic aims to transform plastic repair training, research and service, a growing issue for collision shops
Plasnomic has announced that its Plastic Repair Excellence Center is under development in Argyle, Texas. Billed as an industry first, the project aims to transform how plastic repair training, research and repair services are delivered. The digitally enhanced facility will bring together specialist repair stations, learning areas and collaboration spaces.

Training the next generation of specialists is a central priority, alongside upskilling existing technicians, estimators and professionals. Hands-on instruction, digital education and technical support will combine to open new career pathways. Research and development will be closely tied to real-world repair work, while a digital content studio will extend expertise well beyond Texas.
Led by Mario Dimovski, the project is built on collaboration with shops, insurers, automakers and schools. He describes the facility, now taking shape, as an early glimpse of a broader vision.
