In 2025 we saw AutoCanada Collision drastically evolve. The brand was modernized, stylized, and rebranded to ACX. This evolution promised to be a new direction for a platform that would grow quickly while retaining the brand’s commitment to OEM certified repairs, training, and a localized approach to service. This bold decision was driven by a want to rejuvenate the visual identity, unify operations nationwide, and create a more approachable experience for customers. Collision repairs are inherently stressful, so ACX wanted to ensure their look and offering were presented as professional, reliable, but still approachable. Keven Lupien, Director of Design & Marketing, had this to say about it: “The launch of ACX wasn’t just about a new name or a new logo. It was, and still is our declaration of a commitment to excellence. It’s who we are, where we’re going, and the elevated experience we strive to deliver to our customers, our partners, and our team members on a daily basis.”

Since unveiling the ACX brand, the platform has expanded rapidly through strategic acquisitions and dedicated brand building. Locations have grown to nearly 40 nationwide, incorporating additions to key markets across the country. Looking forward, ACX is planning to up the ante on its strategic growth plan in order to solidify its standing as one of Canada’s leading collision repair platforms. Bolstering all of this are ongoing investments in cutting-edge repair technology, technician training, apprenticeship initiatives, and dedicated employee support and success groups, which are helping ACX pave the way for long-term growth and industry leadership.
Ultimately, ACX’s evolution proves that a thoughtful visual identity and elevated design do far more than simply update a logo. By establishing immediate trust and helping alleviate stress during vulnerable customer moments, the new brand signals a deep commitment to precision, care, and professionalism. It supports everything the company has achieved thus far and will continue to do so as it grows. “What’s in a name?” Well, for ACX, the answer is “everything.”
