Continental recognition highlights Canadian leadership in automotive parts distribution.

Sean Stokes, Vice President of Automotive Parts Merchandising and General Manager of PartSource at Canadian Tire Corporation, has been honoured with the Art Fisher Memorial Award from Federated Auto Parts at the recent Automotive Parts Services Group conference. The award is Federated’s highest and most prestigious honour for one of its members.

22 years of leadership in service of the Canadian aftermarket

Presented by Federated CEO Sue Godschalk, the award recognizes a member who has demonstrated long-term dedication to Federated’s mission, strategic alignment, and significant contributions to advancing the broader aftermarket sector. Stokes brings more than 22 years of experience at Canadian Tire Corporation to his role. Since 2017, he has led cross-channel growth strategies and parts program innovations across Canada’s commercial and retail landscapes through the PartSource network.

A strong signal for the Canadian industry

This recognition, announced at the continental level, underscores how Canadian Tire and PartSource have established themselves as leading players in aftermarket distribution across North America. For Canadian aftermarket professionals, it is a powerful signal that leadership in this industry is not solely the domain of large American companies.
