North York (Toronto) and CARSTAR Bridgewater in Nova Scotia reflect the growth appetite of Canada’s largest collision-repair network

CARSTAR Canada marked the week of October 14-15, 2026, with two expansion announcements at opposite ends of the country. On October 14, the network opened a new 5,500-square-foot location in North York, Ontario — designed to deliver OEM-standard collision repairs in the heart of the Toronto market. The following day, Centennial Auto Group announced the acquisition of CARSTAR Bridgewater in Nova Scotia, bringing its Maritime collision network to 13 establishments. According to CARSTAR news, these two openings in a single week reflect CARSTAR Canada’s dual strategy: adding capacity in dense urban markets and consolidating its presence in regional ones. For Canadian collision repair professionals, industry consolidation continues — and CARSTAR is one of its most active drivers.
