June’s result capped a second quarter that was also a record, fuelled by a spectacular 71% increase in hybrid vehicle sales compared to the same period in 2025.

Several flagship models broke their own records in June: the Tucson, Tucson Hybrid, Venue and Palisade all posted their best-ever June performances in Canadian brand history. The IONIQ lineup continues its strong trajectory, with the IONIQ 5 up significantly year-to-date and the IONIQ 9 completing its first full month of Canadian sales in 2026.
