At the Impact 2026 conference, CARSTAR, Canada’s largest network of locally owned collision repair facilities, committed to safe, quality repairs and exceptional customer experience, proudly honoured Jessy Dufresne and Eric Henault, owners of CARSTAR Rawdon and CARSTAR St-Félix-de-Valois, as the 2026 Franchisees of the Year. This prestigious recognition celebrates their outstanding leadership, strong business performance, and unwavering commitment to excellence across the CARSTAR network.
As CARSTAR’s highest individual honour, the Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes a franchise partner who exemplifies the values of the brand through operational excellence, customer satisfaction, community involvement and leadership within the CARSTAR system.
Throughout their time with CARSTAR, Jessy Dufresne and Eric Henault have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a strong culture for employees and making a positive impact within their community. Their dedication to innovation, business growth, and continuous improvement has helped set a high standard for franchise excellence across the network.

This year’s Franchisee of the Year winners are leaders who have built their business with a clear commitment to customers, community and the CARSTAR brand. From CARSTAR St-Félix-de-Valois to CARSTAR Rawdon, Jessy Dufresne and Eric Hénault continue to show the kind of leadership, consistency and franchisee pride that strengthens the network.
Jessy’s leadership was on full display through the second annual CARSTAR Golf Tournament in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, an event she helped launch. Held in Saint-Hyacinthe, the tournament brought together the collision repair industry, welcomed 138 golfers and helped raise $38,000 for the cause, surpassing the previous year’s total of $35,000.
Beyond the fundraising total, the event reflected the spirit of the CARSTAR network, with support from franchise partners, suppliers, distributors and insurers, along with team members who helped bring the day to life. It is a powerful example of how Jessy and Eric lead with purpose, generosity, and pride in the communities they serve.
