The new senior sales manager will lead the independent distributor and program group channels.

Litens Aftermarket N.A. has named Kenny Gross its senior sales manager. He will oversee relationships and sales activities across the independent distributor and program group channels.

In this role, Gross is tasked with strengthening partnerships and supporting growth in key markets. He will develop strategies to drive sales and profitability, identify new business opportunities, and adapt the offering to shifting customer needs. He will also work with teams across the company and mentor the sales group.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, Gross has worked in both the automotive and medical device sectors. He most recently served as national sales manager at Unity Automotive, following his tenure as director of sales at Alltech Automotive.
