Precision takes centre stage at CCS’s Precision 2026

The collision network gathered in Niagara Falls around discipline, training and long-term business strength

Consolidated Collision Services (CCS) brought its members and partners together in Niagara Falls, Ontario, for its Precision 2026 conference, held alongside ACE 2026. The central message: precision is built on discipline and attention to every stage of the repair process.

CCS General Manager Charles Aubry shared his five-year outlook, warning that as many as half of Canadian collision shops could disappear. He stressed the importance of members’ positioning to secure their future, noting that the network’s volume has doubled over the past three years and could double again.

Speakers from NCM Associates, I-CAR Canada, the DEG and Mitchell International addressed measurement, training and the rigorous documentation of repair files. Three businesses were recognized: Dent Clinic + (Precision Award 2026), Gord Anderson Collision Centre, and Star Collision of Ottawa, which was named CCS Collision Centre of the Year.
