For the second consecutive year, Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Change has secured the top spot among aftermarket service facilities in the J.D. Power 2025 Canada Customer Service Index Long Term Study. Achieving a score of 830 on a 1,000-point scale, the brand leads the nation in oil change service satisfaction.
The study surveyed nearly 10,000 owners of vehicles aged 4 to 12 years, measuring satisfaction for both warranty and non-warranty maintenance. Lori Flees, CEO and President of Valvoline Inc., credited the achievement to the dedicated franchise and company teams delivering outstanding service daily.
With 133 locations across five provinces, Great Canadian Oil Change is known for its 15-minute, stay-in-the-car service model. The network also provides essential preventive maintenance, including tire rotations and battery replacements. This repeat recognition reinforces the brand’s competitive edge and customer loyalty within the aging vehicle market.
