Guy Jr. Lescarbeau is both a seasoned businessman and, above all, a profoundly human individual, who has been able to combine the values of work, family and social commitment throughout his life. 

50 years of constant evolution 

Married to Sylvie Carpentier since 1976, he is the father of two children, Jean-François and Valérie. The family grew larger with the birth of three grandchildren: Lilly Maude, Danyk and Alexandre. On the professional level, his career began at Lebeau Vitres d’Auto, in 1970. Over the years, Guy has taken numerous training courses on personnel management, team mobilization, time management and sales strategies. This journey, which spans half a century of experience, is a testament to his constant desire to improve in order to better contribute to his workplace in the automotive industry. 

His involvement in the community 

What truly distinguishes Guy Jr. Lescarbeau is his exceptional social commitment between 1992 and 2015. As a co-founder of two organizations (the G-6 and Soutien-O-Sinistrés S.O.S.), he demonstrated his deep desire to help people in difficult situations. He dedicated time, energy and passion to multiple socio-humanitarian causes — the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Red Cross, Info-Crime, just to name a few. 

His involvement with youth, in the sports community, with sick children or children with disabilities, as well as in crime prevention, illustrates a career where success has always been combined with goodwill. 

On June 17, at the Gala Hommage, we will be honoured to highlight his inspiring professional career, but also the human legacy he left in all the initiatives in which he collaborated.  

Thanks to his generosity, his goodwill and his availability to others, Guy Jr. Lescarbeau has proven that it is possible to succeed in business, to love your family deeply and to be fully committed to your community.
