AIA Canada Inspires the Next Generation of Automotive Aftermarket Professionals

For several years, AIA Canada has been hosting a dedicated day to promote careers in the automotive aftermarket for students in the management program at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario. This event brings together more than thirty exhibiting companies, offering students opportunities for internships and career prospects across various sectors of the industry.

The day features inspiring testimonials from seasoned professionals, aimed at broadening participants’ perspectives and showing that opportunities extend beyond original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Students also have the chance to present innovative academic projects, showcasing their creativity and understanding of current market challenges. Scholarships are awarded to support and encourage emerging talent.
