AUMOVIO is taking a step forward in standardizing and digitizing its manufacturing processes. Its virtual line information board (VLIB) is now deployed on more than 1,300 production lines, up from roughly 200 in 2025.

Developed in-house, the tool helps employees quickly spot production deviations, analyze them systematically and apply targeted corrective action. The VLIB standardizes metrics across sites and makes them centrally available, increasing transparency and saving time.

The solution is built on lean management principles, rooted in the Toyota Production System, the global benchmark for efficient production for some 80 years. According to AUMOVIO, it reduces the workload of production line managers by an average of 20 to 30 percent compared with a manual board.
