Enterprise Mobility has released its latest Canadian Length of Rental (LOR) report for the first quarter of 2026, revealing that the average rental duration for insurance replacement vehicles decreased to 15.7 days, down 0.5 days compared to the same period in 2025.

The report provides a detailed overview of rental trends across Canada, highlighting provincial variations as well as performance in repairable vehicle claims, non-repairable vehicle claims, and total loss claims. In Quebec, the average rental length reached 16.5 days, representing a modest increase of 0.4 days compared to Q1 2025.

According to Enterprise Mobility, evolving parts availability, repair practices, and broader economic conditions continue to influence repair cycle times and rental durations. The report also examines total loss frequency trends and other key indicators affecting the collision repair industry.
