ImEX Systems has been named a preferred technology partner of Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), giving members of the Canadian network access to its ImEX Online shop management platform.
The agreement will provide CCS’s approximately 105 collision centres and 230 automotive dealerships with access to ImEX’s cloud-based solution, along with training, implementation assistance and support tailored to the network’s needs.
More Integrated Shop Management
Designed specifically for the collision repair industry, the ImEX Online platform brings together several key functions, including estimating, scheduling, parts management, invoicing and reporting.
One of the key aspects of the partnership is the integration between dealership management systems (DMS) and estimating platforms. This connectivity is designed to reduce manual data entry and duplication across different systems.
According to ImEX, the integration is compatible with several DMS platforms widely used by Canadian dealerships, including CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, and PBS Systems.
For dealership-owned collision centres, the goal is to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks and allow teams to focus more of their efforts on revenue-generating activities.
A Solution Designed for Dealership Operations
“Our members were asking for a shop management platform that truly understands how dealership-owned collision centres operate, including OEM procedures, warranty requirements and manufacturer scorecards,” said Charles Aubry, General Manager of Consolidated Collision Services.
Founded in Vancouver in 1994, ImEX Systems develops management solutions for the Canadian collision repair industry.
As part of the new partnership, ImEX will also be integrated into CCS’s training programs and member resources. The two organizations also plan to collaborate on webinars, member communications and various CCS events.
