Texas-based company names Omar Nabil to lead insurance operations nationwide

Solera is expanding its Canadian operations by appointing Omar Nabil as vice-president of sales and country leader for Canada insurance. The move represents a strategic investment aimed at growing the company’s footprint in the domestic insurance and claims market.

Based in Greater Montreal, Nabil brings nearly two decades of experience in sales leadership and technology-driven growth. He will lead the insurance business nationally and strengthen relationships with insurers, repairers and industry partners.

The Texas company views Canada as a priority growth market as the sector accelerates adoption of digital claims workflows, automation and AI-enabled tools. Solera’s platform spans vehicle lifecycle management, including claims processing, estimating systems and data analytics.

The appointment signals long-term commitment to the Canadian market as claims and repair ecosystems continue to modernize through innovation and digital transformation.
