Damage estimating remains the main source of tension with insurers and the most significant lever of profitability. Back-and-forth approval processes, omissions in estimates, and the increasing complexity of repairs are reducing shop efficiency. While artificial intelligence offers strong potential for improvement, many businesses have only integrated it to a limited extent. 

Increasingly Complex Vehicles 

Technological evolution is profoundly transforming the trade. ADAS systems, mandatory calibrations and the growth of electric vehicles require more specialized equipment, training and safety measures.
