A tire industry veteran with over 30 years of experience joins the Double Coin team to grow the commercial truck, OTR and specialty tire market in eastern Canada.

Huayi Tire Canada Inc. (HTC), the exclusive Canadian distributor for Double Coin and associate brand tires, has appointed Mike Matesic as eastern Canada sales manager. Bringing more than three decades of experience in the tire and automotive industries, Matesic joins HTC from Dynamic Tire Inc., where he most recently served as product segment manager.

Mike Matesic’s career reflects deep expertise in the Canadian tire landscape, including sales leadership roles at Hankook Tire Canada and Beverly Tire, where he successfully built strategic partnerships and helped organizations identify new opportunities for profitable growth. In his new role at HTC, he will support the company’s dealer, distributor, and fleet customers throughout eastern Canada while expanding market share for the company’s growing commercial truck, OTR, and specialty tire portfolio.
